Centric Brands Inc. (DB:IVOA) acquired Taste Beauty on January 4, 2021. Centric Brands Inc. (DB:IVOA) completed the acquisition of Taste Beauty on January 4, 2021. Taste Beauty will be a part of Centric's Entertainment Licensing Group. Alex Fogelson Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Taste Beauty, who will join Centric as President of Centric Brands’ beauty division and will report to Janice Brown, President, entertainment licensing group at Centric.
