Centrum Klima SA is a Poland-based wholesaler of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) materials. The Company's offer include circular ducts, flexible ventilation ducts, ventilation equipment, installation materials, insulation materials, air handlers, fans, diffusers, air valves, silencers, fire dampers and air conditioners, among others. In addition, the Company manufactures the installation materials and accessories. Centrum Klima SA owns two warehouses located in Warsaw and in Piastow, Poland. Moreover, the Company owns a truck fleet, which delivers its products to the customers in Poland and Europe. As of August 7, 2012, Lindab AB held a 100% stake in the Company.
