Centurion Corporation Limited has announced launch and pricing of the SGD 7,250,000 fixed rate notes due 2022 to be issued by the company under the Programme. The Additional Notes have been offered pursuant to exemptions invoked under Sections 274 and/or 275 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore. The Additional Notes will be issued together with the New Notes to be issued pursuant to the Invitation. Accordingly, the aggregate principal amount of the Series 004 Notes to be issued will be SGD 56,000,000. The Series 004 Notes are expected to be issued on 1 February 2019. The Series 004 Notes will be issued at an issue price of 100% of their principal amount and in denominations of SGD 250,000 each. The Series 004 Notes will bear interest as follows: for the period from, and including, 1 February 2019 to, but excluding, 1 February 2021: 5.5% per annum; and so long as the Series 004 Notes are not redeemed, for the period from, and including, 1 February 2021: 8.0% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear. Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, the Series 004 Notes shall mature on 1 February 2022.
