Item 8.01. Other Events

On August 18, 2023, CFN Enterprises Inc. (the "Company"), through its wholly owned subsidiary, RANCO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Ranco"), received purchase orders for the purchase of an aggregate of $6 million of disposable nicotine-based inhalable vaporizer products.On August 24, 2023, Ranco paid a $1.68 million deposit on the ordered products.
