COMPLETION OF DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

IN RELATION TO DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcements (the ''Announcements'') of Champion Technology Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 23 June 2020 and 26 June 2020 respectively regarding the Disposal which constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the completion of the Disposal took place on 27 August 2020.
