Charles & Colvard, Ltd. announced the addition of two new sales executives, Nanci Kirczow and Jessica Lesesky. Kirczow is the new vice president of sales for traditional channels, focusing on growing business across wholesale, retail and television customers. Lesesky is the vice president of sales for online channels, leading the company's online domestic and international expansion through new dropship partners, pure-play online retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Kirczow and Lesesky report to Tom Bergan, who was recently promoted to senior vice president of sales following his three-year tenure as Charles & Colvard's vice president of e-commerce and sales. In this new role, Bergan oversees all revenue generating activities for the company including the development and execution of a global omni-channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth plan. Kirczow brings more than 20 years of sales experience in luxury goods to the company. An accomplished industry professional, Kirczow most recently held the position of national sales director for Gemfields. Lesesky, an e-commerce and marketplaces expert, has extensive knowledge in the e-commerce fashion space. With over 13 years in the e-commerce industry, Lesesky has held several senior leadership positions focused on revenue, marketing and business development at Assurant, RetailMeNot and Barnes & Noble.
