Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) and Charter Hall Direct Long WALE Fund, managed by Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) agreed to acquire Portfolio of 2 Education and Healthcare Properties from Alceon Queensland for AUD 80 million on July 14, 2022. Both Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT and Charter Hall Direct Long WALE Fund have acquired 50% stake in the properties. Settlement is expected to completed in September, 2022.
