Chengdu Chengdao Transport Facilities Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 12 million in funding on January 16, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering CO.,LTD (SZSE:002628) which will continue to own 100% stake in the company by increasing capital of the company. The registered capital of company will increase from CNY 4 million to CNY 16 million. Investor's 22nd meeting of the 6th board of directors and the 19th meeting of the 6th board of supervisors approved the transaction.
Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering CO.,LTD. is mainly engaged in the construction of roads, bridges and tunnels, the upgrading and daily maintenance of road and municipal projects, the manufacture and sale of traffic safety facilities, construction machinery leasing business, as well as transportation engineering testing related business. The Company's main products include highways, fast track municipalities, municipal infrastructure, various types of bridges and tunnels and traffic safety facilities. The Company operates its businesses mainly in Sichuan Province, China.
