The transaction include participation from Chengdu Xuguang Electronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600353) and its employee co-investment platform. The company will receive CNY 4,580,100 as registered capital of the company, and CNY 26,913,190 as capital reserve of the company. The company singed as purchase agreement with the investor. The transaction was approved the investor in its 25th meeting of the ninth board of directors.
