The company appointed Lee, Yen-Sung, 17th term of Chairman of Taipei City Certified Public Accounts, Lin, Ming-Ji, Professor, Department of Business Administration, National Central University and Chu, Chia-Hsiang, Chairman, WK Technology Fund. Effective date of the new members is June 5, 2019.
