On December 1, the International Coalition for Green Development on the Belt and Road released the Belt and Road Green Development Case Report (2020), which selected 13 project cases. Padma Water Treatment Plant Project in Bangladesh undertaken by CAMCE was listed, and mainstream media such as Xinhua News Agency reported.

The completion of the Padma Water Treatment Plant project in Bangladesh provides local residents with clean surface water, effectively improving the water supply capacity of Dhaka's surface headwaters, which will benefit about 3 million local residents. The project also effectively reduced the geological hazards caused by overexploitation of local groundwater and improved sanitary conditions by using engineering methods to ensure water safety, which played a very important role in promoting local economic development and protecting the ecological environment.

The International Coalition for Green Development on the Belt and Road is initiated and set up by China's Ministry of Ecological Environment and international partners to implement the initiative of the Chinese President Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Forum in May 2017. The listingof the project in the report is a great recognition of CAMCE's work, which strengthens the influence of the company.
