DJ Creative Venture Ltd entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding to acquire stake in Jieyi Wenchuang /Beijing Orient Lixiang Culture Media /VGJ LLC/Dalian Jielun eSports Service from China Digital Culture Limited for HKD 18 million.
