Loss from operations was $3.565 million against net income from operations of $1.469 million for the same period a year ago. Loss before income taxes and non controlling interest was $6.541 million against income before income taxes and non controlling interest of $0.008 million for the same period a year ago. Net cash flows used in operating activities was $13.305 million against $1.545 million for the same period a year ago. Payments for acquisition of property, plant and equipment was $1.677 million against $4.397 million for the same period a year ago.
