DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO MAJOR AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION REGARDING

DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY AND THE SALE LOAN

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 19 August 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Disposal. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") of the Company containing, amongst other things, details of the Disposal, the notice convening the general meeting together with proxy form, and any other information as required by the Listing Rules, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 9 September 2020.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before 25 September 2020.
