CHINA HEALTHWISE HOLDINGS LIMITED, formerly Haier Healthwise Holdings Limited, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in toy and electronic products businesses. The Company’s main businesses include the development, design, manufacture and sales of toys, commercial kitchen products and consumer electronic products. It operates through three segments, including Manufacturing and Sale of Toys segment, Sale of Consumer Electronic Products segment, as well as Manufacturing and Sale of Commercial Kitchen Products segment. Its products include water purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines and infant formula preparation kits, among others.
