Reason for the change: The issuance of the 4th domestic unsecured convertible bonds by the company has resulted in bondholders exercising their right to convert into common shares. As a result, the total number of outstanding shares has changed to 376,125,237 shares. In accordance with the authorization granted by the board of directors on March 16, 2023, the chairperson has adjusted the dividend rate.
