China Oilfield Services Limited announced that the board of directors of the Company proposed the final cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 of RMB 0.21 per ordinary share (tax inclusive) in cash to the shareholders with an aggregate amount of RMB 1,002,034,320. The proposal is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company on 28 May 2024. Record date is 17 June 2024 and Payment date is 30 June 2024.
Ex-dividend date is 7 June 2024.
