China Saite Group Company Limited Announces Resignation of Shao Xiaoqiang as an Executor Director and Member of the Remuneration Committee

China Saite Group Company Limited announced that with effect from 17 November 2021, Mr. Shao Xiaoqiang has resigned as an executor director and the chief executive officer of the Company due to his other personal commitment. Upon his resignation, Mr. Shao has ceased to be a member of the remuneration committee of the Company.
