China Shenhua Energy : Zhuhai Port Achieved 4,700 Consecutive Days of Safe Operations

As of March 8, Zhuhai Port has achieved 4,700 consecutive days of safe operations, setting a new record for long-term safe production.

Since its commencement, the company has adhered to the safety production policy of "prioritizing safety with focus on prevention alongside comprehensive governance". It actively implements the requirements of and strictly fulfills its responsibility for safety production, maintaining a consistently positive momentum in this regard.

Especially, since the beginning of this year, the company has intensified the fulfillment of safety responsibilities. Through measures such as enhanced training, process control, and risk management, it has maintained an emphasis on safety, laying a solid foundation for safety production. Leveraging the "Safety Production Month" event, the company has effectively enhanced the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees. Through pre-shift and post-shift meetings, as well as company weekly meetings, it organizes learning sessions on safety production laws, regulations, rules, and typical accident cases, which deepens the understanding that "safety production matters a lot" and eliminates various violations at the sources, genuinely transforming the safety concept from "I am asked to be safe" to "I want to be safe". In addition, regular inspections are conducted for equipment and facilities and key areas, and safety rectifications are developed, with responsible persons and completion times clarified.
