Unaudited Operating Figures for the

Year Ended 31 March 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of China South City Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") recorded the contracted sales of approximately HK$16,149 million for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2021, with gross floor area of approximately 1,695,500 sq. m. at an average selling price of approximately HK$9,500/sq. m.. It represented a year-on-year increase of 19.5% (FY2019/20 full year: HK$13,514 million).

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
