China Specialty Glass AG Reports Preliminary Earnings Results for the Year 2012

China Specialty Glass AG is a Germany-based holding company of the China Specialty Glass Group (the Group). The Group develops, produces and sells specialty glass under its Hing Wah brand. It distributes its products to customers in the domestic market in China directly through its own sales network. It divides its products into three categories: Automotive security glass; Bank security glass, and Construction Glass. The Automotive Security Glass covers bulletproof glass for the refitting of vehicles, available in PC model, with self-defense feature, and SGP model, with reduced weight and thickness. The Bank Security Glass covers glass for securing of fixed locations such as bank branches or jewelry stores, among others. The Construction Glass includes tempered, laminated, fire resistant, and color-changing glass for use as windows, doors, curtain walls or internal decorations. Furthermore, the Group provides technical consultation and installation guidance in connection with sales.
