TRANSFER OFFICE IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the "Board") of China State Construction International Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the name of the Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has been changed from "SMP Partners (Cayman) Limited" to "Suntera (Cayman) Limited" with effect from 4 September 2020, and its address remains unchanged at Royal Bank House - 3rd Floor, 24 Shedden Road, P.O. Box 1586, Grand Cayman, KY1-1110, Cayman Islands.

Tricor Standard Limited of Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong remains as the branch share registrar and transfer office of the Company in Hong Kong.
