China Ting Group Holdings Limited is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of garments. The Company operates its business through three segments. The OEM (original equipment manufacturer) segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of garments on an OEM basis. The Retail segment is engaged in the manufacture and retailing of branded fashion apparel. The Property Development segment is engaged in property development in Mainland China. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the printing and dyeing of silk and other high quality fabrics in China.
