China XLX Receives A A A A A Enterprise Environmental Credit Rating in Henan

HONG KONG, October 29 2014 - Henan XLX Fertiliser Limited Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China XLX fertiliser Limited ("China XLX" or the "Company") (HKSE: 01866.HK), received the highest 5A Enterprise Environmental Credit Rating in Henan Province in 2013, in which over 1,000 enterprises had been appraised.
The environmental credit rating on actual performances of enterprises in the areas of compliance to environmental protection laws and regulations, and fulfilment of social responsibilities is carried out and confirmed by environmental protection bureaux, with reference to required indicators, methods and formulas.
The rating enables the public to involve in monitoring the environment. It helps entities in the market including banks understand the environmental credit and risk of an enterprise and use the rating as key reference in credit review and other business decisions. It can also be used by related bureaux, labour unions and associations as a standard of evaluating qualifications, and appropriating fiscal subsidies.
"The 5A Enterprise Environmental Credit Rating is a recognition for our effort in environmental protection in 2013. It presents a higher requirement for our work in environmental protection in the future. We will put emphasis on the discharge treatment and disclosure of related information under such standard to fulfil social responsibilities," said Mr. Liu Xingxu, Chairman and CEO of Company.
