It operates through four segments: Knitwear, Woven, Fine Knits and Retail. It operates vertically integrated business units, from yarn spinning to finish garments. It operates through 20 production units, including eight in Mauritius, six in Madagascar, five in India and two in Bangladesh. The Company’s subsidiaries include Aquarelle Clothing Ltd, Tropic Knits Ltd, and Floreal Knitwear Ltd. Aquarelle Clothing Limited is an international shirts manufacturer operating through 10 productions units in Mauritius, Madagascar and India. Tropic Knits Limited is a manufacturer of jersey-wear garments in the Indian Ocean. Floreal Knitwear Limited produces sweaters and exports knitwear to its customers worldwide.
