Slovenia Appoints Advisor For Sale Of Stake In Cinkarna Celje

Slovenia has mandated Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji, o.p., d.n.o. as legal advisor in the sale of 72.88% of Cinkarna Celje, d. d. (LJSE:CICG). Following the review and evaluation of the received tenders, and as a result of the negotiations on the essential elements of the contract for legal services, the consortium of sellers of Cinkarna equity decided to hire Šelih & partnerji for the job. The consortium selling the Cinkarna stake consists of Modra Zavarovalnica D.D. - Prvi Pokojninski Sklad, KD Skladi druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o., Druzba Za Upravljanje Terjatev Bank DD, Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor d.d., Alpen Invest, funds managment company, LLC and Banka Celje d.d.
Cinkarna Celje dd is a Slovenia-based company, engaged in the production and marketing of titanium dioxide pigment. The Companyâs product range includes titanium dioxide and sulfuric acid; titanium and zinc sheets; zinc wire, alloys and anodes; printing plates, links and graphic preparations, as well as powder, rubber and anticorrosion coatings. Additionally, it offers construction and joint sealants; facade plasters; mortars and screeds; decorative plasters; protection, waterproofing and quick bonding agents; cement additives; copper and sulfur fungicides, as well as other chemical products.
