Morgan Stanley has declared to the AMF that, on February 29, it indirectly exceeded the threshold of 5% of Clariane's capital and voting rights, and now holds 5.004% of the capital and voting rights of the dependency care group.

The American bank explains that this threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Clariane shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held by assimilation, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies.
