CLC Industries Limited announced that Shri Ajay Kumar Choudhary has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as Whole-time Director of the company clue to health reasons and other social commitments. Board of Directors, by way of circular resolution dated 15 April, 2019, has noted and accepted the aforesaid resignation effective from closure of business hours on 31 March, 2019.

The Company's products include hosiery yarn, weaving yarn, carpet yarn, sewing thread, flat knitting and industrial yarn. The Company offers synthetic and cotton yarns for hosiery, woven and industrial fabric manufacturers. It offers yarns made with a combination of cotton, viscous and polyester, among others. It provides fabric in gray, bleached and dyed forms available for applications in the home textiles and garments industry. It offers yarns of various blends, such as poly/cotton combed, viscose/linen, polyester/viscose, polyester/cotton combed and carded (blow room blended), acrylic/cotton, and acrylic/viscose.
