Its Silver Hart Property is located in the south-central Yukon and consists of 116 claims covering over 2,017 hectares. The Blue Heaven property consists of 121 contiguous mineral claims located in southern Yukon. The Rancheria South property lies south of the British Columbia-Yukon border. Rancheria South comprises of 12 mineral tenures covering 2008.32 hectares. Its Silverknife property comprises two mineral tenures covering over 538.3 hectares. The Amy Property lies eight km to the west of the Silvertip Mine complex.
