CN Resources Inc. (OTCPK:CNRR) announced a private placement of 30,000,000 common shares at $0.20 per common share for gross proceeds of $6,000,000 on May 15, 2014. The round will include participation from 1547698 Ontario Limited for $1,000,000 and existing investor Shanghai Yuankai Group Co., Ltd. for $5,000,000. The company will not pay any brokerage or finder's fees or commissions.
