For the three months, the company announced consolidated net income of $519,000, or $1.23 per common share and $1.35 per Class A common share as compared to $582,000, or $1.37 per common share and $1.50 per Class A common share for the three months ended June 30, 2015.
For the six months, the company had consolidated net income of $956,000, or $2.26 per common share and $2.48 per Class A common share as compared to $1.1 million, or $2.64 per common share and $2.91 per Class A common share for the six months ended June 30, 2015.
