NOTIFICATION OF PUBLICATION OF

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION ON THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE

We hereby notify you that both English and Chinese versions of the following corporate communication ("Corporate Communication") of Coastal Greenland Limited (the "Company") are now available on the Company's website at www.coastal.com.cn (the "Company Website"):

• Annual Report 2019-2020
• Circular dated 30 July 2020 in relation to proposed grant of general mandates to issue new shares and repurchase shares, proposed re-election of directors and notice of annual general meeting
• Form of proxy for use at the annual general meeting to be held on 17 September 2020

The Corporate Communication can be found under the Investor Relations section on the home page of the Company Website. If you have any difficulty for any reason in receiving or gaining access to the Corporate Communication posted on the Company Website, we shall promptly send the printed form of the Corporate Communication to you free of charge upon receipt of your request.
