NIIT Technologies Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on January 29, 2020, appointed Mr. Sudhir Singh, who is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as an Executive Director on the Board of the Company to hold office for a term not exceeding 5 years from January 29, 2020. The appointment of Mr. Sudhir Singh is subject To Approve the shareholders and such other approvals as may be required pursuant to the applicable provisions. Mr. Sudhir Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of NIIT Technologies based in Princeton, New Jersey, USA. He has worked across North America, Europe and Asia over the last 24 years.
