Cohen & Steers Limited Duration Preferred & Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is high current income. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by United States and non- United States companies. The Fund also invest in common stocks, government securities, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, and municipal securities. It invests in various sectors, such as banks, electric, energy, investment banker/broker, insurance, and others. The Fund's portfolio is spread across areas, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Switzerland, Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Finland, and Japan.
