POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the positive profit alert announcement of the Company dated 11 February 2020 (the "Announcement"). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalized terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to supplement that based on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Current Year, the Group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of the Group's parent company of not less than HK$140,000,000 for the Current Year as compared to the corresponding period in 2018 of a loss attributable to owners of the Group's parent company of approximately HK$171,384,000.

The Company is still in the process of preparing and finalising the annual results of the Group for the Current Year. As disclosed in the Announcement, the information contained in this announcement and the Announcement is based on the preliminary assessment by the Company's management on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group only. Such accounts are under audit by the Company's auditor and have not been reviewed by the Company's audit committee and may be subject to adjustments. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the annual results announcement of the Company for the Current Year, which is expected to be published by the end of March 2020.
