Madrid, 3 August 2023.- Logista, a leading European logistics operator, has announced the increase of its stake in Transportes El Mosca, a company specializing in multimodal transportation to provide national and international land, sea and air freight services.

Logista announced the acquisition of 60% of Transportes El Mosca in June 2022, in a deal which contemplated a gradual increase of its stake, up to 100%, over the following three years. Through this new partial acquisition, Logista has increased its participation up to 73.33%, after purchasing an additional 13.33%.

El Mosca is a Spanish logistics company specializing in multimodal transportation, which provides national and international land, sea and air freight services. It manages a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles and has more than 1,100 employees distributed among its 12 premises, both in Spain and abroad.
