REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT CONSOLIDATED
for the 3rd Q of 2020
In accordance with the FSA Regulation No. 5 / 2018 (Annex 13) on issuers and real estate operations, COMPA S.A. Sibiu's Board of Directors informs interested shareholders that the Interim Financial Consolidated Report - 3rd Q 2020 is available for analysis on the company's website, www.compa.ro, in the Investor Relations - Legal Reports - Quarterly Reports - 2020 section, and at the company's location in Sibiu, No. 8, Henri Coandă Street, Postal Code 550234, Sibiu county, starting with November 23, 2020, 08:30 o'clock.
The Interim Financial Consolidated Report - Q3 2020, is not audited; it will be sent both to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Compa SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the automotive industry. The Company is primarily active in the production of motor vehicle components. Its product portfolio consists of injector components, windscreen wipers, turbo charger components, pinions for steering gears, pneumatic brake cylinders, air conditioning items, welded parts, brakes parts, trailers, cardan shafts, cold coiled springs, suspension springs, safety rings and stamped parts, among others.
