In accordance with the FSA Regulation No. 5 / 2018 (Annex 14), the COMPA S.A. Sibiu Board of Directors informs interested shareholders that The Separate and Consolidated Interim Financial Report for the 1stH 2021 is available for analysis on the company's website, www.compa.ro, in the Investor Relations - Legal Reports - Half-yearly Reports - 2021 section, and at the company's location in Sibiu, No. 8, Henri Coandă street, postal code 550234, Sibiu county, starting with August 13, 2021, 08:30 o'clock.
The Separate and Consolidated Interim Financial Report are unaudited and will be sent both to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Compa SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the automotive industry. The Company is primarily active in the production of motor vehicle components.
