Air France and Air Antilles Express are extending their codeshare agreement between Pointe-a-Pitre and Fort-de-France and from 2 December 2013 will therefore be offering customers up to four daily flights between Pointe-a-Pitre and Fort-de-France and six daily flights between Fort-de-France and Pointe-a-Pitre. Flying Blue members will earn miles on these codeshare flights. Air France and Air Antilles Express extend their partnership
After the agreements signed in 2012 on the Pointe-a-Pitre/Fort-de-France/Cayenne and Pointe-a-Pitre/Santo Domingo routes, the two airlines are taking their partnership one step further. Air France welcomes this new phase in this partnership, which offers its customers more flights between the two islands and facilitates day returns for its business and loyal customers. Air France's regional Caribbean network connects Pointe-a-Pitre, Fort de France, Cayenne, Port-au-Prince, Miami and Santo Domingo. Two Airbus A320 and crews dedicated to this network operate more than 30 weekly flights. Air Antilles Express operates a domestic network of six scheduled destinations in the French Caribbean from its hubs in Pointe-a-Pitre and Fort-de-France to St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy and Santo Domingo with over 18 regular daily services linking the islands. Other destinations such as Punta Cana, La Romana, Antigua and Barbados are operated on a seasonal or charter basis.
