Compagnie de l'Odet SE is a holding company owning, at the end of 2022, 67.7% of the share capital of the listed group Bolloré SE. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - communication services (46.4%): media and telecommunication services, management of advertising agencies, etc.; - transport and logistics services (34.4%); - distribution and storage of petroleum products (17.4%); - manufacturing of electric battery systems (1.8%): electric vehicles, supercapacitors, plastic films, terminals and specialized systems. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France and Dom-Tom (48.6%), Europe (22.4%), Americas (13%), Asia/Pacific (11.4%) and Africa (4.6%).
