NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo - Sabesp ("Company" or "Sabesp"), in continuity to the Material Fact released on May 22, 2023, which deals with Public Tender n° 02/2023 of the Municipality of Olímpia won by Sabesp, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at this date, the contract to operate the sanitation services for the next 30 years was signed.
The contract will ensure investments in the water supply system, in the sewage collection and treatment system and in technologies to control water losses, in addition to expanding supply capacity in the municipality.
