Compania de Electricidad de Tulua SA ESP (CETSA) is a Colombia-based company engaged primarily engaged in the generation, distribution and distribution of electric power. The Companyâs electric generation facilities have a total installed capacity of 14.2 megawatts (MW) and which include the Riofrio I, Riofrio II and Rumor hydroelectric stations. The Company also operates the Calima, Bajo Anchicaya, Alto Anchicaya, Termovalle, Salvajina, Rio Cali 1-2, Nima 1-2 and Hidroprado power plants. In addition, the Companyâs transmission network comprises 48 kilometers of 34.5 kilovolts (kV) and 437.8 kilometers of 13.2 kV. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held minority stakes in Corporacion Financiera Colombiana SA, Siderurgica del Pacifico SA and Gases de Occidente SA ESP, and Empresa de Energia del Pacifico SA ESP (EPSA ESP) which was its majority shareholder with 86.91% of its interest.
