COMPUGROUP MEDICAL SE & CO. KGAA CompuGroup Medical AG has appointed Rene Obermann as a new member of the supervisory board, succeeding Rolf Hinz. Professor Dr. Rolf Hinz's resignation of his position in the Supervisory Board shall take effect as of February 6, 2015. The Executive Board has filed a request to the District Court of Koblenz to have Mr. Obermann appointed to the position for the period until the annual general meeting in May 2015.
Professor Hinz has been a member of CompuGroup's Supervisory Board since 1993 without interruption. Rene Obermann has long-standing experience as a member of other Supervisory Boards, has served as the CEO of companies such as Deutsche Telekom AG and Ziggo NV and is a partner at Warburg Pincus, LLC.
