MATTOON, Ill. (AP) — MATTOON, Ill. (AP) — Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc. (CNSL) on Tuesday reported a loss of $47.3 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Mattoon, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of 52 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, were 26 cents per share.

The telecommunications company posted revenue of $275.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $250.5 million, or $2.60 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.11 billion.
