Continental Precious Minerals Inc. is an exploration-stage company engaged in mineral exploration. The Company is focused on the natural resources industry, which includes portfolio investments in common shares of other companies involved in exploration, development and production of natural resources. Its primary business focus is on acquiring and exploring mineral properties in Sweden for uranium and other metals, including nickel, copper, zinc, vanadium and molybdenum. The Company owns approximately 10 mineral exploration licenses in Sweden, being the black shale hosted Viken Uranium Polymetallic Project located approximately 650 kilometers north of Stockholm in central Sweden (the Viken Project). The Company is evaluating potential opportunities and is seeking for others. The Company has not generated any revenues from its mineral property interests. All of the Company's activities are conducted in Canada and Sweden. HRU Inc. is the subsidiary of the Company.
