The Company's divisions include Information Technology (IT) Solutions for medium and large enterprises, OEM-Embedded Computer Solutions division for devices, instruments, hardware and software appliances, and Test and Measurement Solutions division for sale, rent or lease. IT Solution Divisions that build better data centers and IT infrastructures are the hallmark of the ConRes Systems and Network Integration Division. Test and Measurement Solutions Division rents, sells and leases test equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, network and spectrum analyzers, wireless communications testers, field testing and general purpose test instruments. The ConRes OEM/embedded Computer Solutions Division produces computer-controlled devices, instruments and appliances built upon Tier 1 platforms and architectures.
