Corning Natural Gas Holding Corporation is a holding company for Corning Natural Gas Corporation (Gas Company). The Company's primary business, through its subsidiaries Corning Gas, Pike County Light & Power Company (Pike), Leatherstocking Gas Development Corporation (Leatherstocking Gas), and Leatherstocking Pipeline Company, LLC. (Leatherstocking pipeline), is natural gas and electric distribution. The Company's segments include Gas Company, Pike and Leatherstocking Companies. The Corning Gas provides gas on a commodity and transportation basis to its customers in the Southern Tier of New York State. Its Pike provides electricity and natural gas service in Pike County, Pennsylvania. The Leatherstocking Gas provides natural gas service to customers in northeast Pennsylvania. Its Corning Gas serves approximately 15,000 residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers in the Corning, Hammondsport and Virgil, New York, areas.
