Corporacion GEO S.A.B. de C.V. is a low-income housing developer of communities in Mexico. Through its subsidiaries located in various cities of the country, the Company is engaged in all aspects of design, development, construction, marketing, sales and delivery of homes with exposure in the middle and residential housing segments. The Company's business model is focused mainly in the entry level and economic segments, which are supported by government policies and by the Mexican Housing Institutions INFONAVIT and FOVISSSTE. The Company offers its homes under the Casas GEO brand, which is a homebuilding brand. The Company has operations in around seven different regions and around 22 states in Mexico. The Company has operations in Baja California, Jalisco, Nayarit, Sinaloa, Sonora, Guanajuato, Queretaro, Aguascalientes, Morelos, Guerrero, Puebla and Hidalgo, among others.
