The transaction will include participation from existing investor, India through preferential allotment. The company will receive the funding as a part of recapitalization. The transaction is subject to approval from board of directors, Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Government of India, and shareholders of the company and/or any other regulatory authority.
