Correlate Infrastructure Partners Inc. entered into a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire Aegis Renewable Energy, Inc.

Correlate Energy Corp., formerly Correlate Infrastructure Partners, Inc., operates a technology-enabled vertically integrated sales, development and fulfillment platform focused on distributing clean and resilient energy solutions North America. It provides property owners and real estate investment trusts access to a multitude of energy experts and solutions via a software-driven process, with end-to-end engineering, finance, project management, and fulfillment services for all facility energy improvements. It is also involved in the development of microgrid infrastructure opportunities in areas that cannot be properly served by centralized electrical infrastructure. It has developed processes and tools targeted at bulk real estate owners, educating them on the financial benefits of energy projects, allowing them to compare potential energy upgrade options, and facilitating the actual implementation of the retrofit measures. It also provides custom solutions for energy contractors.
